Member Policies

Program Policies

Players participating in our lessons and camps will be billed for the whole session at the start of the program unless the program offers a split payment options. Credit will be given in cases of serious injuries or extended illness.

Cancellation of a private or semi-private lesson must be received 24 hours in advance to negate billing.

Junior classes that are cancelled due to bad weather should be made up on an alternate day of the week. If a make-up lesson cannot be scheduled, a credit will be issued in the form of a discount for the next registered program

Court Reservation Policies

Only Members of The Tennis Park at Whispering Oaks are allowed to use the online court reservation system. Courts cannot be reserved more than 96 hours (4 days) in advance of desired court time. Members cannot reserve more than one court time per day.
