The Tennis Park hosts 1-day tournaments here at the club. If you are in our programs we encourage you to register so that you can gain experience. Our coaches walk you through everything that you need to know in order to compete in local tournaments. Contact us for more information.

Fall Junior Team Tennis

Tennis is a team sport!
Junior Team Tennis offers options for players ages 5 to 18. Players who play on a JTT team are expected to be able to serve, maintain a rally, and know how to keep score.
On a tennis team, you’ll learn about unity, sportsmanship and how to work together as a team to achieve success. You’ll learn that success isn’t just about winning; it’s about how you play the game and responding to the challenges this sport gives you. Practices will be conducted as part of our weekly training schedule.
Plan to be available for all Sunday matches.
Gran Prix Circuit & Levels Tournaments
The Gran Prix Circuit comprises a 12-month long series of singles and doubles tournaments. Players accumulate points by winning matches in any of the regularly scheduled Gran Prix and Gran Prix Doubles tournaments. The more tournaments a player participates in, the more points a player can accumulate. The 10 eligible players with the highest point totals in each age division will be invited to participate in the Masters Invitational tournament at the end of the circuit. The top two finishers from age divisions 10 through 16 in the Masters tournament will also be selected to represent San Antonio in a State Playoffs at John Newcombe’s Tennis Ranch.
The Levels are singles tournaments based on your Universal Tennis Rating. Ages and genders are mixed. Great tournament for any level of player. For more information…
