The Tennis Park hosts tournaments here at the club. If you are in our programs we encourage you to register so that you can gain experience. Our coaches walk you through everything that you need to know in order to compete in local tournaments. Contact us for more information.
Winter Park Tennis Invitational
Monday & Tuesday | December 22nd & 23rd | 10am-3pm
Join us for a special two-day holiday event desgined exclusively for our Junior Development and Junior Select players. The Winter Park Tennis Invitational gives players a chance to compete, grow, and have fun in a supportive, match-focused environment.
This event is perfect for players who want to sharpen their competitive skills before the new year and enjoy a festive tennis experience with friends.
Junior Team Tennis
Junior Team Tennis (JTT) is a fun and competitive league that brings together boys and girls aged 8-18 to play singles, doubles, and mixed doubles in co-ed teams. With two seasons each year (fall & spring), JTT provides an excellent way for players to develop their tennis skills while fostering individual growth, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Teams are organized by age and ability to create a level-based, supportive environment where participants can build confidence and enjoy competition. Beyond the game, JTT teaches life skills such as handling challenges, working together to achieve goals, and valuing how the game is played. It’s an enjoyable way to stay active, make friends, and grow both on and off the court.
Must be currently in a Tennis Park class or taking lessons with a Tennis Park Coach to be eligible to play with The Eagles.
Gran Prix Circuit & Levels Tournaments
The Gran Prix Circuit comprises a 12-month long series of singles and doubles tournaments. Players accumulate points by winning matches in any of the regularly scheduled Gran Prix and Gran Prix Doubles tournaments. The more tournaments a player participates in, the more points a player can accumulate. The 10 eligible players with the highest point totals in each age division will be invited to participate in the Masters Invitational tournament at the end of the circuit. The top two finishers from age divisions 10 through 16 in the Masters tournament will also be selected to represent San Antonio in a State Playoffs at John Newcombe’s Tennis Ranch.
The Levels are singles tournaments based on your Universal Tennis Rating. Ages and genders are mixed. Great tournament for any level of player. For more information…
