Credit Card Payment Policy

At The Tennis Park, convenience fees for credit card processing are already included in the pricing of most classes and programs for a simplified payment experience.

Please note the following:

• Convenience fees are included in all Tennis Park classes and programs, excluding:
  • After School Club
  • Tennis Camps
• All clients must keep a valid credit card on file through CourtReserve.
• Payment plans are processed twice monthly on scheduled billing cycles through CourtReserve.
• Billing dates may vary slightly depending on weekends, holidays, or banking/business processing days.
• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure payment information remains current and valid.
• Failed or declined payments may result in suspension from programs until balances are resolved.
