REGISTRATION POLICIES

  1. Payment is due before the first class. 
  2. You can join our program at anytime, if there is room, and you will be prorated into the current session.
  3. Credits and/or Makeups will be given for classes cancelled by The Tennis Park.
  4. We no longer allow make ups for classes that participants miss due to personal reasons. This is to ensure a better learning environment and coach to player ratio.
  5. No refunds once the program has started. 
  6. Coaches reserve the right to move participants to the proper class based on ability.
  7. The Tennis Park reserves the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment.
  8. Membership is not required to register for classes.

MEMBERSHIP & COURT RESERVATIONS

  1. The Tennis Park at Whispering Oaks is a Membership based club.
  2. Only members of The Tennis Park at Whispering Oaks, in good standing may use the online reservation system and the tennis courts. You need a user name and password to use the online system. Online court reservation system.
  3. Tennis court reservations may be made up to 2 days in advance.
  4. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to show for a reservation and failure to cancel the reservation, will be given a warning the first incident. Individuals reserving the courts who repeatedly fail to show or to cancel, will be restricted from using the reservation system.
  5. Members may reserve court time for 30, 60 or 90 minutes maximum. Members are allowed one reservation per day. No back to back reservations are allowed to extend time.
  6. When not reserved on-line, court use is on a first-come basis.
  7. Court reservations will be forfeited 10 minutes after posted reservation time and courts then will become available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  8. Proper tennis shoes and tennis apparel must be worn while on the courts, this includes shirts.
  9. Only players are allowed on the court. Those not playing tennis must remain outside the fence.
  10. Players should not interrupt play or distract players on the other court for any reason including the following:
    • Retrieving balls during play of a game.
    • Loud or continued talking or playing of music
    • Entering or exiting the courts by walking behind other player.
  11. Guest fee’s are $10.00.
  12. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
  13. Only The Tennis Park coaches are allowed to teach at the club.
  14. Tennis baskets are not allowed on court. The only exception is if you are from the same household.
