Non-Member Team Fee Registration

LIABILITY WAIVER PLEASE READ CAREFULLY I understand that participation in any activity at The Tennis Park at Whispering Oaks, Woods of Shavano and Castle Wood Forest involves a risk of accidental injury despite all safety precautions. Therefore, as a participant, parent and/or guardian, I will assume all risks (injury/illness) for myself, children or any family members that may occur during participation in any activities or use of facilities at The Tennis Park at Whispering Oaks and Castle Wood Forest. In case of sudden injury or illness, I hereby give authority to any hospital or doctor to render immediate aid, as may be required at the time, for me or my children’s health and safety. I certify that I am fully responsible for all costs incurred due to medical or dental treatment as deemed necessary by The Tennis Park at Whispering Oaks personnel. By checking the mark on Terms and Conditions, I agree and acknowledge that I am aware of the potential risks of participating in activities and/or programs at The Tennis Park at Whispering Oaks and Castle Wood Forest, and agree to in no way hold the management, agents or employees of The Tennis Park at Whispering Oaks liable for any injury that I or my child may sustain. REGISTRATION POLICIES Payment is due with on or before the first class. You can join our program at anytime and you will be prorated into the current session. We require that you have a credit card on file unless paying in full. Academy participants must give 45 days written notice when cancelling. Credits and/or Makeups will be given for classes cancelled by The Tennis Park. No refunds once the program has started. If you are injured or ill we will freeze your account and apply the credit for future use. Coaches reserve the right to move your child to the proper class based on ability. If a class is not held due to a holiday, there is no charge for the class.
