REGISTRATION POLICIES

  1. Payment is due before the first class. 
  2. You can join our program at anytime, if there is room, and you will be prorated into the current session.
  3. School Year Academy participants must give 7 days written notice/email when cancelling.
  4. Credits and/or Makeups will be given for classes cancelled by The Tennis Park.
  5. No refunds once the program has started. 
  6. Coaches reserve the right to move your child to the proper class based on ability.
  7. Makeups must be done within the same season.
  8. Any invalid card that is run, for any reason, will result in a $30 fee
  9. The Tennis Park reserves the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment.
  10. Ratio is 4:1. 
  11. Due to the strict COVID-19 guidelines for ratio we will not allow refunds once payment has been accepted. The only exception is if there is a City or State mandate for quarantine. Then a refund will be offered.


MEMBERSHIP & COURT RESERVATIONS

  1. The Tennis Park at Whispering Oaks is a Membership based club.
  2. Membership dues & Guest Fee's go to help pay for the upkeep and maintenance of the facilities.
  3. Only members of The Tennis Park at Whispering Oaks, in good standing may use the online reservation system and the tennis courts. You need a user name and password to use the online system. Online court reservation system.
  4. Tennis court reservations may be made up to 4 days in advance.
  5. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to show for a reservation and failure to cancel the reservation, will be given a warning the first incident. Individuals reserving the courts who repeatedly fail to show or to cancel, will be restricted from using the reservation system.
  6. Members may reserve court time for 30, 60 or 90 minutes maximum. Members are allowed one reservation per day. No back to back reservations are allowed to extend time.
  7. When not reserved on-line, court use is on a first-come basis.
  8. Court reservations will be forfeited 10 minutes after posted reservation time and courts then will become available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  9. Proper tennis shoes and tennis apparel must be worn while on the courts, this includes shirts.
  10. Only players are allowed on the court. Those not playing tennis must remain outside the fence.
  11. Players should not interrupt play or distract players on the other court for any reason including the following: 1. Retrieving balls during play of a game. 2. Loud or continued talking or playing of music 3. Entering or exiting the courts by walking behind other player.
  12. Only members have court keys.
  13. Guest fee's are $10.00.  We use the honor system for payments. Please drop off payment at the clubhouse or email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to charge. Members are responsible for paying for guests. The club does not collect from guests. 
  14. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
